By subscribing to or using any service provided by minaTV ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental authorization to place an order.

minaTV delivers high-performance digital streaming gateway credentials (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes API credentials, and application activation parameters).

Upon successful payment or trial confirmation, activation details are delivered instantly or within 5–15 minutes via email and/or WhatsApp support.

Single-screen subscriptions allow exactly one active simultaneous stream. Multi-screen plans allow up to two simultaneous streams.

Simultaneous streaming from multiple IP addresses beyond your purchased allocation may trigger automated temporary account lockouts to prevent unauthorized credential sharing.

Reselling, re-streaming, or commercial rebroadcasting of our streams without an authorized Reseller License is strictly prohibited.

We strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime through redundant European cloud clusters and anti-buffering load balancers.

Routine server maintenance will be announced in advance where feasible, and scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent chargebacks, automated server scraping, or abusive conduct toward our support staff.
